Your soft tissue can quite often cause a variety of discomfort, pain and dysfunction around your body from local tenderness, referral pain to other locations of the body, limiting and restricting full range of movement through joints and overall feeling of fatigue and aching pain. There are many reasons as to why our muscles end up in this condition creating dysfunction and pain, some of these include trauma (via injury), poor postures, stress, overuse, fatigue and repetitive strain.Treatment and management of muscle pain with Myotherapy is done using a variety of techniques from soft tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, dry needling, deep tissue massage, hot and cold therapies, muscle stretching, corrective or rehabilitative exercises

Relaxing Reflexology works by sending messages via the many nerve endings (in the reflex points on the feet, hand or face) to increase blood flow to the organs, muscles and other areas of the body. It helps to relax and unlock tense muscles and remove toxins that may have been trapped by this tension. With the increase in blood flow and oxygen, the removal of waste, the organ or area of the body starts to work better and pain is reduced.
