We understand that COVID19 is having a large and uncertain impact on our community and worldwide and to help keep your mind at ease we have taken many steps to ensure our clinic remains safe and available as possible.

We are regularly changing our hygiene procedures, our services that are available and how they are available along with continual updates and guidance from the state/federal governments and our professional associations.

All of our services are back and functioning as normal.

IMPORTANT COVID19 UPDATES BEFORE VISITING US

What we are doing:

  • Inline with DHHS requirements for healthcare workers all of our team are fully vaccinated including our administration team.
  • Rapid antigen tests are available to our team to reduce testing downtime and ensure they aren’t working whilst infected where possible.   
  • Our clinic is cleaned daily and deep cleaned fortnightly.
  • We are increasing how often we disinfect regularly touched surfaces (eg. door handles, benches, light switches, computers, face pieces) with hospital grade disinfectant ‘Viraclean’ which is TGA approved in combating COVID19.
  • Our team will be regularly using hand sanitiser in between handwashing.
  • Our team are fit and healthy for work, however should they fall ill we have advised that it is best practice to rest at home. Our reception team will contact you to reschedule or re book with another one our team. We ask for your understanding and patience if this does occur.
  • All of our glassware are washed and dried in a high temperature dishwasher.
  • All linens are changed for each patient and washed/dried to council regulations onsite and stored in clean and enclosed cabinetry.
  • All tools used for practice are sterilised onsite in commercial machines according to association laws.
  • Our heating/cooling system has regular filter cleans, has been upgraded to hospital grade hepa filters and run throughout the duration of our clinic hours.
  • Our reception area has designated spots on where to stand when waiting for assistance and we have reduced our waiting room chairs to ensure social distancing.
  • Sometimes out team may be wearing a mask if we are recovering from a cold or virus or are experiencing compromised immunity. 

What we need from you:

  • If you are well and have a scheduled appointment that you make use of hand sanitiser or our hand washing facilities during your visit with us.
  • If you are recovering from a cold/virus that you please wear a mask whilst you are in the clinic. 
  • If you are immune compromised, please alert our team and we are more than happy to wear a mask to keep you feeling comfortable.
