Jenny Fitzgerald

I have always been drawn to yoga but devoted myself fully to its practice at a challenging period for me in 2008 when I was guided to a master teacher with 40 years experience. She made the difference to my life and inspired my enthusiasm to pass on her wonderful method.

My classes are friendly and informative. I like to explain the way yoga works in order to demystify it, take the ‘up-tightness’ out of it, (and also the hips!).

Every Yoga pose has an inner posture as well as a physical stance and by incorporating this in our practice we can learn to retrain the mind as well as the body. To quote the great yogic sage, Patanjali, by practicing yoga “We can avoid the pain that is yet to come” !
