Amanda Anggiasari Amanda has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for almost ten years, and has been sharing the practice with others for two years. She graduated from VIYETT teacher training course in 2008. Amanda's style of yoga is strongly influenced by hatha, and asthanga vinyasa yoga, which introduced her to the flow of asana. She has recently completed a 200 hr yoga therapy course, and attended various workshops around Victoria to continuously expand her knowledge in yoga. She firmly believes that a day is not complete without a downward facing dog pose. |

Shane Veitch Yoga offers the opportunity to improve physical health, achieve mental peace and grow spiritually and with practice these benefits are available to everyone. Shane has been dedicated to following the yoga path for many years with interests in Hatha, Iyengar and flow yoga. With an emphasis on safely approaching the physical practices, Shane believes that by respecting your body, mind and spirit they will unfold and open to you in time. Qualified with 500 hours Teacher Training at Victorian Institute of Yoga Education and Teacher Training (VIYETT), Shane has a friendly and encouraging style and welcomes practitioners of all levels to his classes.
