Practicing Tai Chi Gong on a regular basis helps you manage arthritis, low bone density, heart disease, hypertension, Parkinson's disease and other ailments such as fatigue, stress, depression and anxiety, lack of focus and concentration, stiff joints, weight loss and fluid retention.

Each exerise comprises of a warm up, stretching, joint mobility, blood circulation, enhanced breathing, expanded awareness, energy patterns for accumulation and expression of strength, endurance and relaxation. The 27 exercises work each system of your body: The Respiratory System, Circulatory System, Musculoskeletal system, Nervous System, Endocrine System, Digestive System and helps with Lympahatic Drainage and the function of your internal organs.

Gad has blended the "GEMS" from Yang Style Tai Chi with a selection of Qi gong Exercises to create a simplified yet dynamic series of 27 energy patterns. This helps each particant experience the benefits instantly, even in the first class. This is a profound "meditation in motion", a place where you will dissolve layers of tension and reach ultimate levels of relaxation, awareness, focus and joy.

FRIDAY Morning                                       WEDNESDAY Evening 
9:30am-10:30am                                       7:30pm-8:30pm
Each class includes: warm up, series of energy patterns and standing meditation. Class time: 60 minutes

Hall will open 10 minutes before class.
