Janine Sainty

I love that I can bring Pilates into my everyday world. It makes me stand taller and approach tasks with more confidence and awareness of my body’s abilities.

Pilates is my favourite form of exercise that I can practise any time anywhere, but I have been known to be found in the back row of the odd Yoga class and if occasionally you happen to see groups of people practising their Tai Chi outdoors I may be in there somewhere as well!
