Description of Yoga Classes
Open to all levels of experience. Combining a range of soft and slow breath work and supportive postures this class will see the stress and tiredness melt away. You want your pulse to decrease for this one. Postures and movements are typically slower and longer to encourage openness and are much less active than in a general class. Relaxing and calming allowing you to slow down linking your movement to the breath giving you the ability to restore and recharge for the rest of your week.
Ideal for beginning students or those wishing to rediscover the foundations of Hatha Yoga this class assumes very little or no knowledge of Yoga. The class will guide you through a thorough introduction to the postures and practices common to classical Hatha Yoga.
