Cheryne's coaching is a unique and powerful approach to self development and transformation.

Cheryne may use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) which is a communication model that looks at your mind (Neuro)- your thoughts and filtration system, your language (linguistic), which incorporates verbal and non verbal Communication to our external world, as well as your internal thoughts and your map of the world (programming) which is basically the way you are wired.

Cheryne believes there is no right or wrong but only the truth that arises for you, which is right based on their your own past experiences and filtration system. Cheryne holds no judgment and acts merely as a tour guide to assist you on your own journey towards your own truth.

In Cheryne's unique conversations, you will be are asked thought provoking questions on topics that you may have never thought of. before.

Remember that what you focus on is what you get, to the exclusion of anything else. Which means that it is vital to understand what you are focusing on and know that if you change your focus then you have greater clarity of where you are going to and how to get there.
