We are Hampton's Meditation Centre; the perfect place for you to still the over active
mind and calm the body, helping you become more present, focused and energised.
Meditation is the ability to focus the mind on one particular thought or concept at one
time. When we are present and "IN THE NOW" we are not in the past and we are not
in the future- life happens right on the tip of this very moment.
Meditation helps break through the layers of our EGO and our fear by breaking through
the barriers of the conditioned mind. In this space you discover your focused mind and
begin the true journey of self awareness.
Our meditation is based on the model of Neuroplasticity which is the ability of mind
to adapt itself to its current environment. Through a connection with your breath
you unite your mind and body and discover a true calmness and clarity.
