Meditation is fast becoming known as the medication of the 21st century. As scientists gain further understanding of how our brain works, science is now showing how Mindfulness Meditation can reprogram our brains and teach us how to truly reach self actualization and inner peace.

Meditation helps you manage your emotions. We need both negative and positive emotions, so it is not about eliminating negative emotions, it is about learning how to balance ourselves and work with these two opposing forces within ourselves. I passionately believe in our own innate ability to heal ourselves and manage our emotions once we learn to control and detach from our emotions.

Meditation is THE MOST POWERFUL TOOL to reprogram your brain and bring yourself focus, clarity, inner peace, happiness, harmony, balance, creativity and self actualization.

Everything in our "western world" is designed to Speed us up- get more done, go faster, be more efficient etc. Most of us do not prioritize stillness- the reality is that most of us do not know how to be still and our nervous systems are suffering as a result of it.

We cannot still our minds because our nervous systems are too activated. Therefore, in order to prevent illness and achieve optimum health and vitality we must learn to the correct steps to relax, still the mind and calm the nervous system.

This is a powerful 6 week course that teaches you simple meditation techniques as well as the science and research behind meditation so that you are consciously aware of the benefits and realize how simple it is to bring meditation into your daily life.
