All our Yoga classes are designed to suit your needs and for all levels from Beginners to Advanced. Every class will be created to suit those who are in the class. Each Yoga Instructor is fully qualified and experienced in many forms of Yoga which allows you to experience a beautiful range of classes and Yoga experiences.
Tanja has practised Yoga for many years, including Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga. She also has a Certificate in Nutrition and Wellness Coaching and has experience in pre-and post natal exercise and exercise with Seniors. During her career she has worked with Men and Women from all walks of life, however her passion for helping women in particular stems from her own life experiences. The drive to help empower women, inside and out, Body and Mind, has been on the forefront for many years, and throughout many years of Personal Development, Coaching and Training she has gained an insight as to what makes “us” women tick. What really makes Tanja special is the absolute and total individual approach in providing a unique program just for you.
